Third problem: Discs are not readable

This problem may have several serious reasons, so we are forced to declare that we are not responsible for its solution.
First of all, you need to decide whether this problem is connected with a console or a disk?
Of course, if the gamepad does not read one particular disc, then the problem is in it. And in such cases, you need to conduct a classic drive inspection and maintenance. Inspect the disc and make sure there are no scratches, smudges, or anything else on it, use a microfiber cloth to clean the disc from microparticles and dust.
If not a single disc is readable, then the problem is still in the console. To fix the console, remove the disc from the console and then tilt the console about 45 degrees to make sure all cables stay in place. Then re-insert the disc. Thus, the disc can move further in the desired position and the problem will be solved.
