Student Income: Make Millions in Real Life by Scoring Millions on Temple Run.

We can all agree Temple Run is a seriously addicting game. Since I’ve racked up millions of points over 588 games, it would be great if I could justify all the time I spend playing by saying Temple Run has actually taught me something. (Wouldn’t it be even better if I could say it’s helped me earn student income?)

When I first downloaded Temple Run the highest objective you could reach was 5 million points.

Since I believed that was the maximum amount of points it was possible to earn, my score hovered at around 4.5 million for weeks. Suddenly, a friend in my Psych class broke 10 million and posted his winnings to instagram with the challenge, “Get at me! ” Determined to beat his score I completed my first 11 million point run in a matter of days.

Just like when Roger Bannister first broke the four minute mile, simply knowing that it was possible to hit 10 million points allowed me to surpass that goal. Within a week all of my friends’ high scores had doubled.

Still, no one achieved anything much higher than a 15 million point run until one of us hit 28,000,000.

The gist of this story? When one of my friends did exceptionally well our scores all miraculously improved.

So what had changed? Our belief systems. Just like runners found with breaking the four minute mile, once one person proves something is possible, others are easily able to replicate their results.

So here’s what I’m going to prove to you: you can make money online through blogging and other forms of social media. You can double or even triple your student income and achieve true financial independence from the comfort of your dorm room. If I can do it, so can you.
